A route planner built for real work
Whether you're a delivery driver, a logistics team, or just visiting multiple places in the smartest order — Mappy is built for you.
The problem Mappy solves
Whether you're a delivery driver managing daily stops, a logistics team coordinating dozens of addresses, or simply planning a day out visiting multiple places in the smartest order — Mappy is built for you. The core idea is simple: take any list of addresses, verify each one is correctly placed on the map, sort them into the most efficient order, and open them ready to navigate. No spreadsheet skills required. No app to install.
What Mappy does
Add addresses from Excel, CSV, JSON, QR codes or by scanning printed text with your camera — or type them manually. Mappy validates each one on the map, lets you sort by nearest first or fastest route, splits them into optimised zones and opens them in Google Maps with one tap — ready to navigate.
How it's built
Mappy is a React web app with a lightweight PHP backend. Addresses are geocoded against multiple sources with automatic fallback and caching to minimise unnecessary requests.
What we do — and don't — store
Your data stays with you
No personal data is stored on our servers. Addresses are temporarily retained solely to avoid unnecessary repeated requests to external geocoding services and are never shared with third parties.
Coordinate accuracy
Location coordinates are provided by third-party geocoding services and may occasionally be inaccurate. Mappy does not guarantee geocoding accuracy and accepts no liability for errors arising from the use of coordinates within this app.
Third-party services
Mappy uses external geocoding providers to validate addresses and place map pins. These services operate under their own privacy policies. No user personal data is passed to them — only the address strings you submit.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mappy really free?
The core route planner is free to use: import files, validate addresses, optimize routes, split zones and open Google Maps without creating an account. Optional account features help you save and reopen routes.
Does Mappy work without internet?
Mappy requires internet for address geocoding and map display, since both rely on external services. Your address list and delivery progress are stored locally in your browser and persist between sessions — so if you lose connection mid-delivery, your zone list stays intact.
How does Mappy handle my data?
Mappy does not store personal data on any server. Address strings are temporarily cached to avoid redundant geocoding calls, but they are never linked to a user identity or shared with third parties. The cache exists purely as a performance optimisation.
Questions or feedback?
