Get in touch
Found a bug, spotted a wrong map pin, have a feature idea, or want to discuss a business integration? We read every message personally and respond to most within one to two business days. Use the form below to get in touch.
Report a geocoding error
Is a specific address showing on the wrong spot on the map? Geocoding results come from third-party services and occasionally place a pin in the wrong location — especially for newer streets, rural areas, or recently renamed roads. Let us know the full address and the correct location and we will look into it.
Feature requests
Missing something? We built Mappy for real delivery drivers and logistics teams, and the best ideas come from daily use. Whether it is a new import format, a different sorting option, or a way to share routes with your team — we want to hear it. User feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
Bug reports
Something broken or behaving unexpectedly? Please describe what happened, which step you were on, and which browser and device you used. Note whether the issue repeats. A screenshot helps a lot. We take every bug seriously — even small visual glitches or confusing error messages.
Business inquiries
Running a logistics operation and need a tailored solution? We are open to discussing custom integrations or bulk address validation pipelines. Reach out with a brief description of your use case and we will get back to you.
We read every message personally. Response time is typically one to two business days. For geocoding corrections, please include the full address and a description of the correct location.
Your message reaches us directly
There is no support ticket queue or automated triage. Messages go straight to the developer. We read every one and reply personally, usually within one to two business days.
Geocoding reports are reviewed on the map
When you report a wrong pin location, we check the address against multiple geocoding sources and, if confirmed, add a manual correction that applies to all future validations of that address. Your report directly improves accuracy for every future user.
Bug reports go straight into the backlog
Confirmed bugs are prioritised based on impact and frequency. Critical bugs that affect core functionality — validation, zone creation, navigation — are fixed in the next release. Minor visual issues are batched and addressed in periodic updates.
Want to try the app first?
Mappy is free and works directly in your browser — no account, no install, no time limit. Import addresses from a spreadsheet or scan a printed list with your camera, validate each one on the map, sort by fastest route or nearest first, split into zones of up to 10 stops, and open each zone in Google Maps navigation with one tap. Works on desktop and mobile.
