Use this page to request deletion of your Mappy account and Google sign-in data.

Delete from your account

Sign in to Mappy, open Profile, then use Delete account. This revokes active sessions and removes or anonymizes personal account fields where possible, including Google identity links stored by Mappy.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, contact us through the contact page and include the email address connected to the account. We may ask for verification before processing the request.

Local browser data

Mappy also stores some local browser data such as draft routes and confirmed address aliases. You can remove it by clearing site data for mappy.ba in your browser.
