Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page to request deletion of your Mappy account and Google sign-in data.

Delete from your account
For an account with a password, sign in to Mappy, open Profile, then use Delete account and confirm your password. This revokes active sessions and removes or anonymizes personal account fields where possible.
Request deletion
For a Google-only account, or if you cannot access the self-service control, contact us through the contact page and include the email address connected to the account. We may ask for verification before processing the request. Once verified, deletion also removes the Google identity link stored by Mappy.
Local browser data
Mappy also stores some local browser data such as draft routes and confirmed address aliases. You can remove it by clearing site data for mappy.ba in your browser.
