Route optimization built for real deliveries
Most route planners are built for sales reps or tourists. Mappy is built for drivers who handle 20, 50 or 200 stops per day — with import from Excel, real address validation, and direct Google Maps integration.
Why delivery drivers waste time every morning
Manual sorting takes 30+ minutes
Copying addresses from a spreadsheet into Google Maps one by one, then reordering them manually — every morning before your first stop.
Google Maps stops at 10 waypoints
You have 60 addresses. Google Maps allows 10 per route. You end up with 6 separate routes, manually created, with no continuity between them.
Wrong addresses only show up on the road
A typo in the spreadsheet sends you to the wrong street. You find out when you arrive. Back to the phone, back to Maps. Time lost.
From manifest to navigation in under 2 minutes
Import directly from your Excel manifest
Drag your daily manifest file into Mappy. Empty columns are hidden and no address column is preselected, so you intentionally choose the address column or combine street + city columns. Import up to 1,000 addresses in one click.
Validate every address before you leave
Mappy checks every address against real map data before you start driving. Red entries are flagged immediately — fix them in the depot, not on the road.
2-opt route optimization
Mappy's 2-opt algorithm minimizes total driving distance across all your stops. Not just "nearest next stop" — it considers the full route to reduce backtracking.
Auto-split into Google Maps zones
Mappy automatically splits your optimized list into sequential groups of 10 stops, each with its own Google Maps link. Navigate zone by zone without losing your place.
Track delivery progress
Mark zones as Waiting → Driving → Delivered. Your progress is saved in the browser — reload the page and everything is still there.
Camera OCR for printed manifests
Got a printed list? Point your phone camera at it. Mappy reads the text and adds the address. No typing required.
Built for every driver who delivers
Daily delivery drivers
Import your morning manifest, optimize the route, start navigating. Spend less time planning and more time delivering.
Courier companies
Dispatcher imports all addresses for the day, splits into driver zones, each driver gets their zone link. No back-and-forth.
Same-day delivery services
Florists, bakeries, gift delivery — high stop counts on a tight schedule. Mappy turns a spreadsheet into a navigable route before the rush.
Pharmaceutical and medical delivery
Validate every address before departure. The map view shows exactly where each stop is — catch wrongly geocoded addresses before they cause delays.
Frequently asked questions
Does Mappy connect to my company's dispatch software?
Mappy works with any software that can export to Excel, CSV or JSON — which covers most dispatch systems. Export your manifest, import into Mappy. No API integration needed.
Can I use Mappy for multiple drivers?
Yes. A dispatcher can import all addresses, optimize the full route, then split zones manually by assigning specific zones to each driver. With an optional account, routes can also be saved and reopened later.
Does Mappy work without a smartphone?
Mappy itself runs in any browser including desktop Chrome or Firefox. You use it to plan the route, then open the Google Maps link on any device — including a separate phone or in-car GPS.
What if I have more than 1,000 addresses?
Currently Mappy supports up to 1,000 addresses per import. For larger fleets with 1,000+ stops, import in batches or contact us — fleet-scale features are on the roadmap.
